Are Food items purchased online Freshly Packed?
All Food Items available in Saroba are Freshly Packed. All items delivered by us come with the manufacturing date and it shows the freshness of the product.

What is the Mode of Payment?
We accept all major credit and debit cards along with a net banking facility. Cash on Delivery is available for all the serviceable pin codes through our courier partners.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time for all the products depends on the location. Since the products are shipped from Chennai, it usually takes 4 to 5 business days for products to be shipped across the country. For purchases in South India, it takes 3 to 4 business days for the products to be shipped.

For Out of Stock items: Currently, we do not have these products available for sale. Please use the “Notify Me” feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at Saroba.in

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

Once the order is made can the order be cancelled?
The order placed can be canceled only if the order has not been dispatched. And the amount will be refunded to you within 7 to 10 business days.

If the products are damaged, will they be replaced?
The products that you purchased have not been delivered in a proper condition or were damaged in transit, please do not accept the package as we will replace the goods at no extra cost.

What about any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs, or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all-inclusive. All taxes are included in the list prices.

Does Saroba deliver internationally?
saroba doesn’t deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.
